Nestling in unspoilt natural countryside, the Schöntal Monastery is an ideal venue for events. The historic rooms are not just an attractive place for your conference, they are also a very special setting for your celebration.  

You can choose from a number of possibilities for every occasion, whether it’s a ceremonial event in one of the baroque rooms, or a rustic party in our vaulted cellar.

Hospitality and warm and friendly service will be with you throughout your party. Fine regional and down-to-earth cooking is our maxim.  

Your personal wishes and ideas are the most important thing for us; that is why we don’t offer “all-inclusive” rates, but provide everything on an “individual” basis.

Start your party in peace and calm by arriving the day before. As people arrive you can welcome them in the former monks' cells, and this is where you can bring your event to a conclusion.

We are very happy to help you with the choices and arrangements for your party at any time. You may want to consider an atmospheric dinner, a celebratory banquet, a hearty supper or a barbecue. The spacious monastery grounds and gardens are a wonderful place to take a walk, and the "Fledermaus" playground gives young visitors plenty of space to play. We can give you information about the many options you have.
